Order your repeat prescriptions online
You can order your prescription online if you have registered for the My Health On Line service. Please contact the surgery on 01792 812316 for further information if you wish to register to use this service. Please also refer to our Online Services page for further details and a patient guide
In person
Requests for repeat medication should be made using the request slip attached to your previous prescription but if you do not have one of these you can use one of our request forms which are on display in the waiting room.
Completed request slips should be placed in the prescription request box, which is located on the wall in the foyer by the main entrance. We use a computerised system to issue repeat prescriptions. Please allow 48 hours between asking for your prescription and collecting it.
By post
We will also accept written requests received by fax or in the post. Our fax number is 01792 323 208.
If your doctor has not issued your repeat prescription, the receptionist will be able to check and advise if you need to see the doctor. We do this for your own protection and to make sure we monitor your illness and medication.
