It’s our online service where you can seek help from a GP/Nurse and request a telephone/email/face to face consultation. The information you give us means the doctors are better informed and can help with your problem quicker without the need to always attend the surgery. All personal information remains secure.
All children under 16 years of age with an acute presentation will be offered a same day consultation (this may be via telephone).
For Out of Hours Emergencies
Ring 111 – please note that the Out of Hours service is for problems that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens. This service is available Mon-Fri 18:30 – 08:00 all year round.
